I don't know where this information came from, but it's incorrect. There is no complete LATCH system on the Super-Dutys or Excursions. This safety regulation only applies to vehicles under 8500 GVW. Super-Dutys do have the anchor for the top tether, but there are none for the lower anchor points, and there won't be any for the foreseeable future. Sorry.
