I'm still struggeling with this LATCH issue. I thought that ALL vehicles made after 9/02 were required to have the upper, and LOWER anchors installed.

I've emailed Ford, and for all purposes they have ditched my question. I did end up buying a 03 Screw, and I can see the upper teathers, but I still cannont find the lower anchors. I don't know if there is a TSB or something that the dealer can install or not.

I've asked my dealer, and they scratch thier collective heads and say they don't know.

I just wish I could get an answer. Very frustrating. There is nothing more important to me than the safety of my son, and Ford seems to be blowing me off.
