I'm 6'-5" & 265# and have never had a vehicle with more leg room! I drove about 70% of a 3 week 5,000 mile road trip and really enjoyed the leg room. I always make it a habit of taking my shoes off (or at least my right shoe) while driving long stretches. I don't know if its legal or not, but I can easily slip my shoes back on if I get pulled over.
Perhaps more leg room would be nicer, but without a telescoping steering wheel the reach may get too far.
My other car is a Toyota Camry and "I get by wit it" as far as leg room goes. Again, I just take my shoe(s) off. At my size you just have to accept that not everything fits.
I'm not one to buy a big Lifted SuperDuty truck so I can say "it fits me". I'm the sole money-earner for our family of 5 kids and I can live with a few inconviences so my wife doesn't have to work outside the home.
-edit- its always easy to adjust anything for my size... just move it back all the way!
