Who doesn't criticize something they spend so much money and time on/in? Doesn't mean we don't like the product, just have some things we would like to see changed/improved. You survey 100 owners, if a few items pop up on a high number of them, it's worth it to consider revisions. Consider it R&D via the owners. Best input you can get.
