I would make sure to get a system that allows you to use a modern high power 12v coil without a resistor wire or ballast. This way you get big spark all the time!

My boss put a mallory points-less distributor in his 351c, and the instructions said to keep the resistor wire or the warranty would be void! What?!? Isn't the whole point to be able to use a high power coil without frying the points? I understand its lower maintenance, but seems a bit dumb to me.
