I've had a similar leak, but it wasn't the cylinder head.

By right side you mean passenger side, right?

There is a tube that goes into the intake manifold towards the back of the engine on the passenger side. This tube feeds hot coolant to the heater core. On my truck the tube developed a pinhole leak. I googled it and read that the same thing had happened to a few other people.

Since you have to remove the intake manifold to fix it, I went another route... I ended up glopping on EPOXY and letting it dry and then repeating a few times to seal it up. Worked like a charm.

Not sure if this is your problem or not, but its worth looking into to see exactly where the leak is coming from.
