This may be too late of notice but, they are have the fall version of the central avenue cruise Sat Oct 12th (tomorrow). It starts around 6pm and lasts till about 9pm.

It's just like in the old days, tons of hot rods cruising Central. There is a car show at the old Park Central Mall Parking lot and cars fill up other smller parking lots along the way. You can also just sit on the side walk and watch the people cruise. It is cool, lots of burnouts and nice cars.
