It might not be a bad idea to put a 'posting' out here somewhere that details all the plans so far...like Jigsaw asked for

when is picnic...what to bring...cost....

when is breakfast...where..cost...etc

it would allow people to plan in advance for the events....might be good also to do a general post to the email list also watcha think ???
