I talked to the moderator. He said to double check your settings,and if you can't enable your PM's that way, to submit a service ticket so the IT guys can work on it. Just click on the link below to submit a ticket.

Here is what the moderator said to do on the ticket:
"Ask him to be as detailed as possible on what he saw or what it was/wasn't doing while filling out the ticket. The time he noticed... and maybe even his internet browser and version would also be very good info to pass along in the support ticket."
