Yeah i checked out, it's a nice truck and like i said everthing i've read and heard about the 7.3 is it last forever. You were talking about your 5.4 now, I have a 2006 f-150 with the 5.4 and 3.73's and i pull a 16' trailer loaded with my big red truck and it pulls it no problems, it's no speed demon, but i can cruise around 70-75 with no problems. If your looking for a diesel give craigs list a look, i see all kinds of diesels on there. Shop around if that truck deal goes sour.
