No. The ports are TOTALY diferent. Not going to work. There are 5.8 intakes out there. Ebrok makes a truck intake thats a lot better then the stock 5.8 one. You can also look for a used intake off of a lighting. They had a gt40 style intake on a 5.8. Also there are many aftermarket intakes for the Mustang 5.0 world that you can get a 5.8 lower for.
