Torque spec for axle U-bolts

Well I ended up going with my '87-'88 Chilton which said 110 ft lb. Guess that fits in the range of the '96 manual (thanks Strange Ranger). Anyway, I had a used rear end installed and found some of the u-bolt nuts were right up around 100 ft lb, but others were only at around 40 ft lb. Got em all torqued up to 110. Also the diff cover bolts were so loose that it was seeping. I think this may explain the tinking noise that was in my driveline (discussed in a different post), because that seems to have gone away.
