reusable yes

when we dropped ours the first time(last spring)it had a aftermarket cork one on it that a PO had installed

we got the factory rubber one from the dealer

but only after using the new cork one we got originally,

however the transmission was leaking and we erroneously thought it was the pan leaking so we dropped it again andinstalled the factory rubber one

still had a trans leak after that even,

so now the other day i dropped the pan again and used a 5 dollar squeeze tube MoPar ATF RTV black silicone to seal the pan on so now we have a perfectly good new factory rubber gasket laying around that we will never need hahaa

i think it was only 20 bucks though or little more though,

dropping the pan is easy on these, although the rear lip of the pan gets kinda hung up

what i do is drop and raise the pan up and down a few times while puling the pan forward and it comes out

otherwise its cakewalk on these

clean and easy

the 4r70w or whatever trans, the smaller/lighter one

with the 4.9 engines

the bolts are 10mm head

need a short socket and universal joint for the two rear ones because the crossmember is in the way too far to get them with just the straight extension and socket

if for some reason you cant get the factory rubber one i could send you this one for mail cost or whatever

if the 5.4 even used the same tranny as the 4.9 though.,

flat rate is low

but im sure your local ford dealer will have quite a few

i would think

good luck
