You have to decide what range you want all your power. For a heavy vehicle, you likely want power up to 5500 with an emphasis of low rpm torque, but for drag racing, you will want more engine speed, but you will need some high ratio gears to match.
What is your intended purpose? With that many cubes, it would be a drag racer or an extreme street racer if I were to guess...
