Welcome to T Bilt, the creation of Tyler Jenkins (hence the T), world renowned fabricator famous for constructing champion rock crawlers, Baja trucks and other Off Road beasts. Early in 2006, after much demand and pressure from his customer base, Tyler is now developing a series of products for the public but still committed to the highest quality and limited production runs.

T Bilt offers an extensive array of off road accessories and billet aluminum parts for Ford, Hummer and Chevy. Our staple products include custom hand built light bars for Ford Superduty’s and Hummers. You can build your own light bar (aka brush guard) on our site with the click of a few buttons and have it sent to your door! Pick your style, color, lighting etc… Our light bars are built under the close eye (and hands) of Tyler himself. Precision bent tube and hand welding combine for the ultimate in quality. Our custom jigs are built for precision. If you want a cheap light bar built overseas by a machine, you are in the wrong place! A “T Bilt” Light Bar is made of 2 inch steel tube all the way around with a wall thickness of .120. Our off road light bars have four tabs to mount up to four off road lights. We also offer the highest quality off road lighting around. We have off road lights for all vehicles including Hummer, Ford and Chevy. Our off road lights range is size from 5 inches to 9 inches and are available in both HID (High Intensity Discharge) Xenon and Halogen.

We also carry an extensive line of billet aluminum accessories for Ford, Hummer (H2 and H3) and Chevy. Every one of our billet aluminum accessories is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061 – T6 aircraft quality aluminum. Don’t be fooled by stainless steel or even plastic layover imposters.
