I ran it in the Ranger last summer for 6-7 tanks. Mileage was like 0.2 better, to me that is no change (especially when you consider the pain) ~5 oz/tank

But, the truck started and ran better, and I am convinced that it cleaned up the injectors better than any injector cleaner I've used. I ran it again a month or so ago for 2 tanks just to clean it all up again, and now it starts and runs better.
