The problem is the mass air conversion. The 91 and later Broncos have the E4OD trans which I don't think your F-150 has. The kit runs 1400.00 not including the Mustang computer or the Mass air meter. I was told can probable pick them up for around another 300.00. Who wants to spend 1700.00 on the conversion. Plus you have to piggy back the modules. 1 runs the trans the other runs the motor. I found a guy who would do a harness for 750.00 but no guarantees. I guess you could swap for an AOD trans from a Mustang but there again your looking for adapters and trans cost. I really wasn't looking for HP gains just a decent motor and was lied to by person who sold me the motor stating it's a drop in. Now he refuses to return my calls. My bad next time I will research better. I should have checked here first.
