Time to try and revive yet again.
2001 E-350 SD with the blinking OD light. Only happens when it's nice and warm. Trans was serviced not that long ago & very few miles since.

Can't find my book regarding the codes so...can anyone help?
Only trans code is: P0781 1 to 2 shift error.
Would this code be caused by the previously mentioned differential speed sensor?

Appreciate the advise.
