The Louisiana chapter is set on autopilot. Just go to the Chapters Sub-forum
(the Chapter listings) and click on "Join"

OR

Go to your "User CP"

Look down the left side (control panel) for a "Chapter Membership" -click on that

It should bring a listing with all the Chapters avail. for joining.

Scroll down to find Louisiana- click on "Join"
