These are not part numbers, they are engineering numbers. I don't have an engineering=part number, cross reference book for anything this new.

These newer engineering numbers are tough to track down without refs. The first one refers to 1988 Mustang, the second 1993 truck.(but just because the #'s refer to these vehicles, it doesn't mean they fit those vehicles)..Both are in the 9600 group, which pertains to the air cleaner and related parts.

Any Ford dealer can convert these #'s in seconds with the right refs. Sorry, I cannot.

NOTE: Engine parts are in group 6000, fuel systems are in group 9000, The sub 9600 group, refers to air cleaners, brackets, inlet hoses, etc. While a 9000 part may have an affect on an engine, they're still a 9000 part. If it's strictly an engine part (cam, heads crank, etc) it'll be in group 6000.
