The abandoned impound truck is on rt 2 just before you cross the border on the right is a ziebart co. turn into the parking lot, go straight to the back it is in the fence. i dont know how they feel about you walking around, i dont actually know the owner but am friends with his brother. i am in rockford, just in case you didnt recognize the streets in my neighborhood.
