don't worry about the noise restrictions in MA, i've never had a problem with my trucks (even my 99 dakota RT with a 360, long tube headers, high flow cats, 4"x6"x10" racing mufflers dumped before the axle), they only bother ricers over it ( i know because i have a 94 talon TSi too)
