What RPM is considered redline for the 5.4

Thanks, ill try to keep that knowledgeable tip in mind!

Now can anyone else be a bit more specific? What RPM would be considered over reving the 5.4?
They have a fuel shut off so I wouldn't worry about it. The motor will stop making any useable power before that shutoff anyway. If you want a guess I'll say 5500 RPM. The old 5.0 would shut off at 6250. I believe because of the increased piston speed/longer stroke 5.4, 5500 would seem about right.
