Well, when I used to live in an apartment about 3 years ago it cost me $445 per month. That included electricity (electric baseboard heaters were used), cable TV and it was for a one bedroom unit that was split to a 2 bedroom. Wasn't a beautiful place but kept me warm.

EDIT: Oh yeah. When I first got married (almost 5 years ago) we moved into a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. I only had to pay for cable and phone. It cost me $610 a month. Also, laundry facilites were provided.
