NADA, KBB, or Edmunds --Used Values?

1. Which is best to use for used car pricing?
Edmunds, Kbb, or Nada?
KBB lists alot of options to check off
NADA hardly has any options to check off
Edmunds is close in options to KBB.

2. Which one do dealers use in figuring out resale value of a vehicle. Whats the secret formula?

3. When I try to figure out the value, Using
NADA- I get "N/A"
KBB - Seems High
Edmunds - is the lowest

However there is about 9,800 difference between KBB and Edmunds. Thats a pretty big spread.

So what should one use when trying to figure out the value of a used vehicle?
