Front end alignment troubleshooting is like any other variety - a process of eliminating variables. No offense intended, but you increased those variables by adding a lift kit and changing tires while you had front end issues to sort out. I used to do front end alignments for a living (have bad memories of I-beam suspensions still
and I was fairly proficient. Steering behavior results from several interactions - front suspension camber, caster and toe are just three of many. I wouldn't venture to guess what might be causing your wandering. This could easily develop into a serious safety issue, is it isn't already. If I were you, I would get your truck to a shop that specializes in 4WD alignment problems. Here is a fairly good summary of caster, camber and toe-in (I've seen a lot worse):
