My heart goes out to anyone affected by the recent flooding. I know bterry is down Conklin way. I just came up along 17 and detoured around Livingston Manor and Roscoe. Hancock looks pretty rough. A lot of what I saw reminds me of pictures from Katrina. If anyone needs some help don't be afraid to ask.
