No I have never looked at the Ranger Forum.
I am not up on Emission Testing as we do not have Emission Testing or Vehicle Safety Inspections in Kansas.

I can not give you the details on the EGR Monitor in the PCM but would think they would be similar to the IDM Monitor and I can give you an URL to read about it.

I know that 50% of the PCMs that are changed out that there is nothing wrong with them but when you do not know what else to do, what else can you do.
