They just announced a new plant 40 miles from me that will produce 50,000,000 gal of ethanol and 5,000,000 gal of biodiesel per year.

It will use technology from OSU that extracts the corn oil first, then uses the leftover to ferment for the ethanol. This results in a more cost effective plant. OSU found that is cheaper to extract the oil first, the "mash" takes less energy to ferment if the oil is removed.
