There is a Ford tool

Costs about $8 on Ebay. **** with the correct socket slips over the inside end of the adjuster. Gives you something tu grab and twist without hassling with 1/4 drive ratchet, U joint and small socket and it STAYS on when you let go and walk away to check the light pattern.

Its worth the $8 just to avoid crawling around under the front end looking for that small socket you just dropped...
