Question for anybody in Virginia.
Does anybody know the regulations on exhaust for a '76 150 Ranger, in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /><st1:State><ST1
Virginia.</st1:State>
<st1:State></ST1</st1:State>(such as having to put cats or a muffler)
for a friend that has until march 15 to do something with his exhaust
