I just sold one on Ebay a few weeks ago. I had bought it for my 99 F350 and never installed it.
These are the part numbers on the items I had. They should be the same.
F81Z-1A131-AF Spare tire winch with cable
F81Z-1A375-AA Guide Bracket
F81Z-1A433-AA Guide Tube
F75Z-1A380-BA Spare Tire Lock
Hope this helps. The parts department should be able to crosss refernce the numbers
