Yes. It has a built in diesel timer that can be turned on, that will delay the start function for 30 seconds after the system turns the ignition on.

You don't need a PATS(Passive Anti-Theft System) bypass. SD's don't come with PATS. PATS uses the "chipped" keys. Which of course we don't have.
I have no idea what retail is on one of these systems.
