I am going to be getting a 2003 Lightning in a couple of days and was wondering what are the best mods to do? I have around $1000 to spend give or take a little. I was thinking a 4 lb pulley (part # from JBM?) An exhaust (which one is best for performance and sound/loud!. And what else maybe a tuner? from where? Anything you would change? thanks for the help!
