It could be the hubs, or it could be something internal to the differential. Take the hubs out and look for anything strange.

One time I had a Bronco that had the passenger side TTB arm bent. Had to replace the arm, but before it did, it would chew up hubs. Make sure the shaft on that side isn't touching the TTB arm.
