i just went around to different websites found pictures i wanted and used the right click and click on save as and saved it as a .jpeg file. then open it up and click on file menu and save as a .gif type file and then cropped it to the picture i wanted and resized it to the requirements 60X60 pixels and saved that. then you come back to FTE and use the CP user function and click to use it as your avatar. i hope that helped some.
