I run a Melling HV57 on my 70/390 and as long as your not spnning the hell out of the motor for long periods of time? you'll be just fine !

the block that in my truck now has No oil mads done to it..C$ heads without any restrictors..and has been just fine !! The next Engine will be another Story tho it will see 6100-6200rpm.. and will have the mods done..
