Your setup while not a big horse for the tow, should handle a single tow of a F150 just fine.
A tip that works for me, measure a point on the rear bumper to the ground just before loading the vehicle. Pull the loaded vehicle forward until the bumper drops no more than 2in. This will give you a decent tounge weight without stressing the truck.
