This was the 1st trip I have taken since installing the Propane Injection. I took a trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Before adding the Propane I was averaging around 12.5 mpg, never over 13 mpg. I filled up before leaving home and ran the Pane all the time until leaving the Mts. By my calculations I got 16.5 mpg. I had no idea that I would get that much of an increase. Of-coarse I did not put the Propane on the truck to increase the mileage.
. I guess the mileage was just a fringe benefit. I read where I could expect to pick up 2 to 3 mpg. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
I have the Propane set to come on around 3 psi boost and ran the Flip Chip on the 75hp setting. Just a little info for those that are interested.
