Hello out there,Does anyone know what the NYS inspection requirements are for an F250 with a 7.3 POWERSTROKE DIESEL Im hearing I dont have to have emissions checked because the truck is only registerd at 6400 GVW. I was just wondering if anyone here has also heard this. THanks
