I wonder if the owners, managers, etc. of dealerhips (not just Ford) realize the effect of their service staff.
I also wonder if they realize how quickly and easily word spreads? Take your example here for instance.
Do they realize people talk and bad news travel fast?
Based on what you describe, I would NEVER buy from them.
And that is a shame.
