I got cam specs from someone on Stangnet.com,
The roller 351 will have an F4TE cam. Duration is 256/266 (int/exh)- advertised not at .050. I don't know the @ .050 specs. Lift with 1.7 rockers is .449 intake and .476 exhaust. With 1.6's it's .422/.448. I've run this cam in a roller 5.0 with ported E7's and a Ford A321 intake topped with a 600 Holley VS carb, backed by a 4 speed and it was a blast to drive day in, day out in my 89 Ranger. Pulled from idle to valve float at 5500 rpms. Ain't half bad in my 6000 lb E150 van either From what I gathered from Ford's description of how they compared cam specs in the "Official Ford 5.0 book" it's optimized for lower compression ratios, so I don't think I'd try to use one in a higher compression motor. The 5.0 I have it in has only a high 8 to low 9 comp ratio and would run on the cheapest gas you could put in it.
