I've got an '80 1/2ton 4x4 chassis with tranny. I'm working on my "project" truck (see gallery ) and am pulling the cab and engine out of this other one. Don't know if I'd use it for pulling, frame looks pretty light, but it's got the tranny, transfer case and axles, could go for real cheap.
