If I put the newer style 2 piece exhaust maifolds on my 300-6 (carbed), what do I do with the opening at the bottom of the original intake manifold (between intake and exhaust manifolds)? My impression was that the split manifolds came out when Ford went to EFI. Is there an intake that went with the split manifolds on carbureted 300-6's?
