On the 4wd transfer case, a '64 F250 would only have a New Process NP205 t-case if it was swapped in, since the NP205 didn't come out 'till around 1970. It could have a Dana/Spicer model 24 t-case stock, since those were used in F250's up to about 1972. It should be a divorce-mount t-case with a high and low gear, iron case, part time, gear drive. The 205 also fits this description but can be either married or divorced.
The t-case model 24 doesn't have anything to do with the axle. The rear axle could be a Dana 60 and the front a Dana 44. I'm showing axle code 24 as a 4.10 ratio. Maybe the 'D' means limited slip?
