Sounds like a pretty good deal. The E7TE heads are used on the trucks. The next best cast head from ford is the GT-40 and the GT-40P heads. I think the truck intakes share the same design as the GT-40 intakes so the lower intake maybe worth a couple of bucks. I have seen them for sale at swap meets for around $30 to $40 but that was a year or so ago. The wiring should have some value as well since it's not the speed density set up.
