Should have the F4TE but your gonna have to look near the starter for F4TE along with the long casting number.

Intake is gonna have to come off to identify the roller spider retainer. I thought only the 97 f250+ 351w trucks used an oe roller cam but I would be interested in knowing what you find out. Good luck
