If you read my post It says that the mechanics are too fond of the on board computer. I just got back with a Taurus loaner after leaving the truck behind with gas receipts which are calculated the "old fashioned way".

a Just what I paid for. That's what was expected. Like I said, if it's capable of it why not maximize the engines performance.

I don't mean to tarnish your happy-bubbly new car pride. I'll let you know when I too become a member of the good mileage club. There seems to be a mix of folks that either do good, or do as I which is well below the ratings. See you at the pump!
