Replaced my sensor this week. Here's what I found:

Napa - Echlin/Niehoff part FF2104 - entire unit shaft and all - $245

Just the electronic module: 2 screws on top to remove it .
Motorcraft DY 908 - $49
Standard PC14 - $34.01
