Look at '99 or 2000 Super-Dutys owned by utilities, commercial users, etc... that have the painted bumpers. Every one of them I see are nothing but rust, from one edge to the other. I noticed that everyone here who's said they haven't had a problem have trucks that are only 1 or 2 years old.
